To be registered & prepared for the start of each athletic season please follow the steps below:

Step 1 – Have a Student Athlete Physical Exam completed and the MHSAA physical form filled out. Physical must be completed after April 15 of the previous year to be valid. This is an MHSAA rule and once on file is good for the entire school year.

Step 2 – Complete the GTA Release Form. This form must be completed once per school year and is not required for each steason. 

Step 3 – Complete the Athletic Ticket. This form will be turned into the coach after the form has the required signatures from the Athletic Office. 

Step 4 – Bring the completed Physical Form, Athletic Pledge, Athletic Ticket and Athletic Fee $75 (JH) $100 (HS) to the Athletic Office before the season begins. Students can bring the three required pieces at any time throughout the day to finish up the registration process.

Step 5 - The Athletic Office will process the three pieces of required paperwork, check eligibility for the athlete, load cell phone numbers into the remind service and determine any transfer student issues. The Athletic Office will give the Athletic Ticket to the student to take home.

Step 6 – Student brings the Athletic Ticket to the first day of practice and gives it to coach to begin the season. This completes the registration process and athletes are ready to start the season!

Paperwork Location: the Physical Form, Athletic Pledge, Athletic Handbook and concussion information can be found by clicking on the Athletics tab and then going to forms and documents.

Schedules: all schedules can be found by clicking the Atheltics Tab and going to the respective team schedule. If you click theat the bottom of each calendar it will automatically add to your mobile calendar or desktop version. You are also able to print hard copy schedules directly from the website in day, week, month or agenda view. If there are ever changes to the schedule online, a remind text goes out and notifies you of the change.

  • Cross Country, Volleyball – August 26; Registration Deadline - August 8
  • Boys Basketball, Cheer – October 21; Registration Deadline - October 11
  • Girls Basketball – January 6; Registration Deadline - December 20
  • Track, Softball, Baseball – April 6; Registration Deadline - March 27

High School Season Start Dates

  • Volleyball – August 14; Registration Deadline - August 1
  • Cross Country – August 12; Registration Deadline - August 1
  • Girls Basketball – November 11; Registration Deadline - November 1
  • Boys Basketball, Ski, Cheer – November 18; Registration Deadline - November 8
  • Track, Baseball, Softball – March 18; Registration Deadline - March 8
