  • Evaluators conduct walk-through, informal and/or formal observations during the school year that include lesson plan review, identification of state curriculum standards used and assessment of student engagement
  • The iObservation system is used for collection of evidence
  • Conferences are held using iObservation, in person, and/or through the use of other web-based applications.  Performance ratings and improvement plans are developed according to the Marzano Teacher, Instructional Support, School Leader or District Leader Evaluation models, as appropriate, and/or the iObservation system and Board of Education Policies relating to staff evaluation.
