Full-Time IT Technician
Grand Traverse Academy has an immediate opening for a full-time IT Technician.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing school-owned IT equipment, overseeing inventory of IT equipment and systems, supporting rollout of new technology, assisting with student testing programs, supporting audiovisual needs for meetings and presentations, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications are a high school diploma (associate's degree in computer technology preferred but not required); experience in a K-12 educational environment preferred; experience in installing software and updating and patching work stations; experience supporting users running Windows, Mac and mobile OS; experience providing user support and creating user documentation; excellent oral and written communications skills.
