Philosophy

The Elementary athletics program at Grand Traverse Academy is open to students in grades 3-6. It provides a developmental, competitive and instructional framework as an extension of our academics and character education. Participants will be taught the fundamentals of each sport, as well as good sportsmanship, fair play and team spirit. A healthy understanding of competition will be developed, but winning is not the number one priority.

To register your child for an Elementary sport, please complete the Elementary Registration Form and return it to the Athletics Office, along with the corresponding fee. For your convenience, the fee may also be paid online using the payment link at right.
